Certified Massage Therapist

Laguna Healing Massage is seeking a CMT for an amazing employee position in a tranquil, easy going environment. Starting pay average is $39.25/hr or higher ($25 base pay plus tips) for massage and $17/hr for admin time. Admin time includes opening and closing tasks, tx room prep and changing linens, client correspondence, SOAP notes, self care etc. The online intake form, electric chart notes and online scheduling makes things easy for staff and clients.

Benefits include: paid time off, $30 monthly wellness reimbursement, $125/year for continuing education and monthly massages.

Work schedule is 3-5 days a week with 30 min. scheduled between sessions. Evening and weekend (Saturday and Sunday) shifts are needed.

The ideal candidate is a CMT with strong work ethic, firm boundaries and friendly, customer service-focused attitude. This is a long-term opportunity with a set schedule and room for growth. Please be comfortable providing 30, 60, 90, and 120 minute massages up to approx. 5 hrs/day. Services include relaxation, deep tissue, prenatal, and sports massage. Neuromuscular/myofascial, cupping and lymphatic drainage modalities a plus.
