Chantique Med Spa is a boutique medical aesthetics and wellness practice located in Portland’s Pearl District. Our space was designed with intention, calm, and a high standard of client care.

We are offering a fully furnished, private treatment room for an experienced aesthetician or aesthetic provider who is actively building or maintaining a clientele and wants to practice in a polished, professional environment that reflects the quality of their work.

This opportunity is best suited for an established provider who is already seeing clients, is comfortable operating independently, and is ready to grow within an elevated, medically directed setting.

Rental Details and Requirements

• Available immediately

• Monthly rent: $1,800

• This is an independent room rental, not employment

• Renter must maintain their own professional and general liability insurance

• All services must remain within the provider’s legal scope of practice

• Services requiring medical oversight must follow applicable clinic protocols, documentation requirements, and charting systems

• Provider must be open to working under Chantique’s medical direction when required and when a separate written agreement is in place

• Treatment room and shared spaces must be maintained in a clean, organized, and professional condition

Optional Practice Integration

Integration with Chantique’s Boulevard booking and charting system may be available for an additional fee. This can provide streamlined scheduling and increased visibility among Chantique clients.

Important Fit Note

We are specifically seeking an advanced aesthetician or experienced provider who understands the standards of working within a medical aesthetics environment.

When medical direction is required for a service, Chantique’s provider may serve in that role under a separate written agreement. This structure supports appropriate oversight, documentation, safety, and a consistent standard of care throughout the practice.
