Experienced Lash Artist / Lash Technician

Korra Aesthetics is looking for an experienced Lash Artist to join our boutique aesthetics practice in Miami.

We are looking for someone who is already confident in lash extensions and lash lifts, produces beautiful and consistent work, and wants to grow their clientele within a professional aesthetics environment.

Immediate availability preferred.

Services You Must Be Confident Performing
• Korean Lash Lift + Tint
• Classic / Traditional Lash Lift + Tint
• Classic Lash Extensions
• Hybrid Lash Extensions
• Volume Lash Extensions
• Lash fills
• Safe lash extension removal
• Lash mapping and client consultations
• Lash aftercare education

Prior professional lash experience is required. This is not an entry-level or training position.

Applicants must hold an active Florida license or registration that permits the services performed.

Compensation

40% service commission + 100% of tips

Estimated earning potential of approximately $20–$50+ per hour based on services performed and bookings.

Retail commission is also available.

Opportunity for increased service commission based on performance, client retention, rebooking and growth.

Korra provides the treatment space, booking platform, marketing support and professional environment.

Schedule

Part-time, approximately 12–16 hours per week to start, with the opportunity to increase hours as the lash clientele grows.

We are looking for someone who can maintain consistent weekly availability and has some afternoon, evening and weekend availability.

Additional appointment availability may be added based on demand.
