We are seeking an experienced, caring professional who believes in achieving beautiful, healthy skin through professional treatments and high-quality natural and organic skin care. If you enjoy educating clients, building long-term relationships, and recommending products that support healthy skin, you'll feel right at home at Body Therapy Massage and Spa.

REQUIREMENTS:

Strong facial massage and treatment skills

Experience with EMINENCE Organic Skin Care preferred: training available for the right candidate

Outstanding customer service and communication skills

A vibrant, caring, positive personality

Passon for building long-term client relationships

Professional, dependable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented

Strong organizational and documentation skills

Team player who enjoys contributing ideas and creating exceptional guest experiences.

Skilled facial and scalp massage/technique

Experience with dermaplaning

Experience with facial and body waxing

Currently licensed in the State of Michigan to perform facials, body treatments and body waxing and dermaplaning

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Perform professional 30-60-90-minute facials

Deliver exceptional facial massage techniques and relaxing treatment experiences

Perform dermaplaning services

Provide facial and body waxing

Implement body wraps and body scrubs

Present and deliver complete spa day experiences

Prepare, implement service, clean-up for every appointment

Build lasting client relationships focused on continuing care

Accurately document client treatments, skin analysis, and future recommendations

Educate clients on skincare goals and make honest recommendations for home care products and future treatments

Maintain treatment room and all products, equipment and tools with impeccable cleanliness, sterilization, and infection-control protocols without exception

Assist with professional and retail inventory management

Collaborate with the owner to develop seasonal promotions and new service ideas

Participate in continuing education, team meetings, and local community events.

Self-Starter, responsible to creatively expand Esthetic department with owners utilizing organization, marketing strategies and campaigns

Report directly to the owner of spa.

Ongoing training with Eminence.

Some days, some evenings, some Saturdays and Sundays
