Responsibilities

Perform Classic, Hybrid, Volume, and Mega Volume lash extensions with excellent retention and styling.Deliver exceptional customer service from consultation through aftercare.Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary treatment room.Recommend appropriate aftercare and retail products.Take quality before-and-after photos.Work collaboratively with our luxury med spa team.Arrive on time, prepared, and ready to serve clients.Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of professional lash extension experience.Strong portfolio of your work.Excellent lash retention and application technique.Licensed Esthetician or Cosmetologist in Illinois.Professional, positive, and dependable.Strong communication and client relationship skills.Weekend and evening availability preferred.This Position Is For Someone Who:
