Duties
• Perform a wide range of hair services including cutting, coloring and styling with precision and artistry
• Consult with clients to understand their desired looks and recommend suitable treatments based on hair type and face shape
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with health regulations, including sterilizing tools and workstations
• Apply advanced techniques to meet diverse client needs
• Recommend retail products like hair care items, styling tools, and cosmetics to enhance client results

Skills
• Experience in hair styling, coloring (including color theory)
• Knowledge of sanitation practices for tools, equipment, and workspaces to ensure a safe environment
• Strong communication skills to effectively understand client needs and provide personalized recommendations
• Expertise in barbering techniques including straight razor shaves and hair threading for diverse clientele
• Leadership qualities that support team mentoring and front desk responsibilities
• Excellent customer service skills that foster loyalty and positive client experiences
