What you’ll do

Provide expert hair styling services, including cutting, coloring, and hair extensions, tailored to each client’s unique preferences.Utilize salon software, including MINDBODY, to manage appointments and enhance the customer experience.Demonstrate knowledge of color theory to achieve beautiful and vibrant hair colors.Perform straight razor techniques and hair threading with precision and care.Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment in accordance with industry standards.Mentor junior stylists and assist in training new team members to foster a collaborative atmosphere.Engage with clients to provide outstanding customer service, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.Promote retail products through effective upselling techniques while maintaining an inviting front desk presence.Basic qualifications

Valid cosmetology or barbering license as required by state regulations.Strong communication skills to connect with clients and understand their needs.Preferred qualifications

Experience with eyelash extensions and makeup application is a plus.Familiarity with retail math to assist in managing inventory effectively.Previous experience in store management or retail sales within a salon setting.Why you’ll love it here
