Rosalie Grace Hair & Color Studio is growing, and we're looking for an experienced, passionate hairstylist to join our team in beautiful Carefree, Arizona.


We are an established Aveda salon dedicated to exceptional guest experiences, continuing education, and building long-term careers—not just filling chairs.


We are looking for a stylist who is passionate about building a long-term career—not simply looking for a chair to rent or a place to collect a paycheck. We value professionalism, education, teamwork, and creating exceptional experiences for every guest who walks through our doors.


This opportunity is best suited for an established stylist with an active clientele who is ready to grow in a professional Aveda salon environment. We also welcome talented stylists who may be building their clientele and are excited to invest the time and effort into developing lasting relationships with guests while growing their business.

Qualifications



Current Arizona Cosmetology License
Experience with cutting, coloring, highlighting, and styling
Aveda experience strongly preferred
Existing clientele is preferred. We also welcome talented stylists who are motivated to grow their business by building relationships, engaging new guests, and retaining existing salon clientele.
Excellent communication and customer service skills
