We’re expanding our team and looking for an experienced, passionate Master Lash Artist to join our thriving salon! If you're skilled in Classic, Hybrid, and Volume lashes using handmade fans (we do not use premades), love making clients feel beautiful, and want to work in a laid-back yet high-performing environment — we want to hear from you!

Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on lash experience (classic, hybrid & handmade volume fans only)
• AZ Lash Technician Registration, Cosmetology License, or Esthetics License (required)
• Weekend availability is a must
• Bonus if you’re skilled in waxing, sugaring, lash lifts, or brow lamination

Compensation:

All of our Lash Artists are on commission. On average, our artists make up to $20-30 per hour. Pay is competitive, and raises are based on performance. We have a defined career path system, which makes it clear what you need to do to get a pay increase.

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
