Experienced Esthetician / Lash Artist

Lash & Company is a luxury beauty studio specializing in eyelash extensions, brows, facials, skincare, and permanent makeup. We’re opening our beautiful new Conroe location and are looking for passionate, experienced estheticians who love creating exceptional client experiences while growing their careers in a supportive, education-focused environment.

Responsibilities
• Perform high-quality eyelash extension services (Classic, Hybrid, Volume, and Mega Volume preferred) and esthetic services
• Recommend services and retail products based on client needs
• Build and maintain a loyal clientele through exceptional customer service
• Maintain a clean, sanitized treatment room following Texas regulations
• Complete client consultations, treatment notes, and before/after photos
• Rebook clients and educate them on proper aftercare
• Work collaboratively with the Lash & Company team

Qualifications

Required:
• Current Texas Esthetician License
• Minimum 1 year of professional esthetics experience
• Experience performing eyelash extensions
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work evenings and weekends

Preferred:
• Lash lift & tint experience
• Brow waxing, tinting, and lamination
• Facial experience
• Retail sales experience
• Existing clientele is a plus, but not required
