The Threading Spa is seeking a talented, professional, and client-focused Licensed Esthetician / Brow Artist to join our team.

Responsibilities
• Provide professional eyebrow shaping & tinting
• Perform facial and body waxing services
• Provide brow lamination and lash lift services
• Perform skincare and facial services
• Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate services
• Educate clients on aftercare and appropriate products
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized work area
• Follow all sanitation, safety, and licensing requirements
• Deliver excellent customer service and help create a welcoming client experience
• Assist with rebooking, client retention, and service recommendations

Qualifications
• Current Massachusetts Esthetics License
• Experience in brow shaping and body waxing
• Threading experience preferred
• Tinting, Lash lifts, Brow Lamination experience required
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Friendly, dependable, professional, and comfortable working in a busy environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
