Job Description

Spavia Belmar is hiring a part-time Licensed Esthetician!


✔Avg pay per 50-min facial: $52-$56 (includes gratuity)

✔Advanced services: Up to $75 for 60–70 min treatments

✔Steady schedule with loyal guests & members

✔W-2 position – We handle marketing and supplies so you can focus on treatments


Transparent Pay Structure - based on experience


Signature Classic Facial | 50 min | $52-$56 (incl. gratuity)



Advanced Facials / Exfoliation | 40-60 min | $60-$65 (incl. gratuity)



Upgraded Treatments | 70 min | $70-75 (incl. gratuity)



✔ Most guests choose advanced/upgraded treatments

✔ Average specialist gratuity: ~$28 included

✔ Experienced estheticians at 20 hrs/week (80% scheduled) earn $40K–$45K+ annually

✔ Extra pay from enhancements, retail sales & bonuses


Schedule & Benefits


Part-time with room for growth



Weekend/evening availability preferred



10-minute turnover between services



Typical shift 5-6 hours: equivalent to four or five 60 minute facials

Perform result driven skincare treatments with exceptional detail



Recommend enhancements (such as microcurrent and dermaflash) & memberships to support guest wellness goals



Keep your space clean, stocked, and ready



Educate on at-home regimens; achieve approachable retail goals.

Skills & Qualifications
