We are looking for a highly skilled Licensed Esthetician who has a dynamic personality and is motivated to succeed. The ideal candidate has an extensive background in esthetic services including chemical peels, microneedling, PRP, Exosomes, Hydrafacials, and more. Plus, you will be ready to introduce laser treatments when we onboard the service in mid-2026. You are proven to have outstanding patient experience skills, are a good listener, and must be passionate about educating people to look their best.

Job Description

Patient Care

· Educate clients on the benefits of multiple facial services, skincare products like Hydrinity, Alastin, Skinceuticals and PCA.

· Determine patient needs pertaining to their individual skin and body, and apply treatments and products that exceed patient their expectations.

· Team up with aesthetic injectors to develop full face correction treatment plans and long-lasting anti-aging skincare routines. Knowledgeable on neuromodulators (Botox), dermal HA fillers and biostimulators (Sculptra, Radiesse), and more.

· Take before/after client photos for all esthetic services.

· Protect patient privacy; follow HIPAA and medical compliance guidelines as appropriate to your role.

Sales and Education

· Be a passionate advocate and brand ambassador for skincare services.

· Stay up to date on all 4Ever Young products and services so you can answer patient questions and make optimized recommendations.

· Be familiar with 4Ever Young membership programs and monthly promotions, and make recommendations that will help patients save money, maximize results, or try a new treatment that will benefit them.

· Meet weekly and monthly sales targets. Proactively support cross-selling with wellness and aesthetic services.

· Participate in social media with. Skilled at organic social media management is a big plus!

Daily Operations

· Keep treatment room up to 4Ever Young brand standards, including cleanliness, scent, music, lighting and stocking of products and marketing materials.

· Manage ordering and inventory of all skincare supplies with manager.

· Cover the front desk as needed; be prepared to answer phones and check patients in and out.

· Maintain accurate and complete patient records in the EMR system by documenting all consultations and communications patients.

Requirements

· Esthetician License (Required)

· 3+ Years Experience in a Medspa

· Active on Social Media

· Medical Assistant License, or Phlebotomist a BIG plus!

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $35.00 per hour
