Role Description This is an on-site, contract Esthetician role based in palos heights IL. The Esthetician will provide professional skin care services, including facials, exfoliation, and treatments that complement medical and foot care services. Daily responsibilities include performing hair removal services, recommending home-care products, and supporting clients with personalized treatment plans. The Esthetician will maintain a clean and safe treatment environment, follow infection control and sanitation protocols, and document services accurately. The role also includes collaborating with medical and foot care providers, offering attentive customer service, and contributing to retail sales in a consultative and ethical manner.

Qualifications



Demonstrated proficiency in Skin Care and Cosmetology services, including facials, basic peels, and treatment customization.Experience providing safe and effective Hair Removal services (e.g., waxing, threading, or sugaring) in a professional setting.Strong Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust, explain procedures clearly, and support a positive client experience.Comfort with ethical Sales, including recommending appropriate products and services aligned with client needs and treatment goals.Current state Esthetician or Cosmetology license in good standing (Illinois), with adherence to all regulatory and sanitation standards.Ability to work collaboratively with medical and foot care professionals and follow clinical guidelines and safety protocols.Excellent communication, time management, and documentation skills, with reliability in managing scheduled appointments.Previous experience in a medical spa, dermatology, or clinical setting is preferred but not required.
