Esthetician Laser Hair Removal Technician

Identity Aesthetics is looking for a talented, personable Esthetician / Laser Hair Removal Technician to join our team.

We are especially interested in an esthetician who has a expertise in lashes and brows and would be excited to help us grow these services within our practice.

Responsibilities
• Perform customized facials and professional esthetic treatments
• Perform laser hair removal treatments
• Provide lash and brow services
• Help develop and grow our lash and brow clientele
• Educate clients about skincare, treatments, and home-care products
• Create personalized treatment recommendations based on client goals
• Rebook clients and help develop long-term treatment plans
• Maintain accurate treatment documentation
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment environment
• Provide an exceptional client experience from consultation through follow-up
• Collaborate with our medical and aesthetic team

Lash & Brow Experience

We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in one or more of the following:
• Lash lifts and tints
• Brow shaping and waxing
• Brow tinting
• Brow lamination
• Lash extensions
• Other professional lash or brow services

Candidates who already have an established interest or clientele in lash and brow services are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications
• Current Texas Esthetician
• Laser Hair Removal certification/licensure appropriate for the position
• Experience providing lash and/or brow services strongly preferred
• Professional, dependable, and comfortable working directly with clients
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Passion for skincare and the aesthetics industry
• Med spa or aesthetic practice experience is a plus
• Blood draw/phlebotomy skills are a plus
• Experience with medical-grade skincare and advanced esthetic treatments is a plus

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $21.00 per hour
