Signature Classic Facial | 50 min | $52-$56 (incl. gratuity)Advanced Facials / Exfoliation | 40-60 min | $60-$65 (incl. gratuity)Upgraded Treatments | 70 min | $70-75 (incl. gratuity)

✔ Most guests choose advanced/upgraded treatments

✔ Average specialist gratuity: ~$28 included

✔ Experienced estheticians at 20 hrs/week (80% scheduled) earn $40K–$45K+ annually

✔ Extra pay from enhancements, retail sales & bonuses

Schedule & Benefits
