The Role
Job Summary
We're seeking a friendly, motivated, and results-driven Esthetician to join our team at Elements Massage Highlands Ranch. You'll be responsible for developing genuine connections and treatment plans to help each client achieve their unique skin goals. This is a great role for any esthetician with a passion for development, sales, and community. Our estheticians can expect to make $44-$52 per facial (with tips included)!
Responsibilities
Provide high-quality skincare treatments using our proven service path and Sanitas product line.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitized and ready for use.
Engage with clients to understand their skincare needs and recommend appropriate services or products.
Utilize salon software for scheduling appointments, managing client records, and processing transactions at the front desk.
Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and follow-up communication.
Assist in promoting studio services through effective sales techniques and product recommendations.
Stay updated on the latest trends in skincare and beauty treatments to provide informed advice to clients.
Qualifications
Valid esthetician license in accordance with state regulations.
Proven experience in providing esthetic services, including customer service skills.
Familiarity with salon software systems for appointment scheduling and client management is preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
Chemical peel and dermaplaning certifications highly preferred.
Ability to work evenings and weekends for peak service hours
