The ideal candidate is eager to embrace the NATIV HeadSpa philosophy, become an expert in our protocols, and help ensure every client receives the exceptional level of care our practice is known for.
Position Overview
As our HeadSpa & Client Experience Lead, your primary responsibility will be delivering exceptional HeadSpa experiences while serving as a key part of the overall client journey at NATIV.
This role is responsible for taking ownership of our signature HeadSpa experience by mastering our protocols, maintaining consistency, continually elevating the client experience, and helping ensure every guest receives the thoughtful, personalized care that defines our practice.
When not actively providing treatments, you will remain engaged in supporting the client experience through client follow-up, consultation follow-up, client communication, practice initiatives, and projects that contribute to the continued growth and success of NATIV.
Primary ResponsibilitiesHeadSpa Experience
Deliver exceptional luxury HeadSpa services according to NATIV protocols.
Become the in-house expert on the NATIV HeadSpa experience.
Take ownership of maintaining the consistency, quality, and client experience of our HeadSpa services.
Continually look for opportunities to improve and elevate the HeadSpa experience.
Educate clients on scalp wellness, home care, and long-term maintenance recommendations.
Ensure every client receives an exceptional experience from arrival through follow-up.
Client Experience
Welcome and support new clients.
Follow up with clients after appointments.
Answer client questions and provide ongoing guidance.
Encourage treatment plan compliance and maintenance appointments.
Build meaningful, long-term client relationships.
Help ensure no client falls through the cracks.
Practice Support
Client retention and rebooking.
Consultation follow-up.
Client outreach by phone, text, and email.
Review requests.
Practice growth initiatives.
Event support.
Assist with projects that enhance the client experience and support the continued growth of NATIV.
Qualifications

While not required, the ideal candidate has a passion for esthetics and is excited to continue expanding their knowledge and skills. Experience performing additional esthetic services such as brow services, lash lifts and tints, and facial waxing is preferred but not required.
Schedule Requirements
This position is currently scheduled on Fridays and Saturdays from 11:00 AM–6:00 PM. Applicants must be available to work these scheduled days and hours to be considered for this position.
