Position Details

We’re currently hiring for two schedules:
• Full Time — Music Row Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday

Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications
• Valid Tennessee Esthetician License
• 1+ year experience preferred (passion and client care matter most)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable educating clients about treatments, memberships, and products
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, open-concept environment

Experience with the following is a plus: HydraFacial MD, Glo2 Oxygen Facial, Chemical Peels, Dermaplaning, Cryo Facials, Brow Lamination, Waxing + Tinting

Compensation & Benefits
• Hourly pay starting at $14 + tips + commission
• Average earnings: $22–$45 per hour depending on schedule and client load

Additional earning opportunities:
