Are you a licensed Full Specialist who loves delivering high-quality facials and results-driven nail care? At Meridian Medical Spa, we specialize in medical-grade beauty and skincare treatments—and we’re looking for a skilled, passionate provider to join our growing team.

What You’ll Do
• Perform facials, skincare services, and medical-grade pedicures and manicures
• Treat skin concerns including acne, hyperpigmentation, dryness, and sensitivity
• Provide nail care for conditions such as fungus, ingrown nails, and calluses
• Educate clients on at-home care, skincare regimens, and products
• Maintain a clean, welcoming, and compliant treatment environment
• Cross-sell and promote spa services, skincare products, and memberships
• Deliver exceptional customer service to build long-term client relationships
• Create engaging social media content to promote services and connect with your audience
• Collaborate with podiatrists and wellness professionals for optimal client outcomes

What We’re Looking For
• Valid Florida Full Specialist license or Nail technician and Esthetician License
• Licensed Technician in Florida
• 2+ years of experience performing both facials and nail care with strong sales experience.
• Proficient in treatments such as Manicures, Pedicures, Dermaplaning, Microdermabrasions, Chemical Peels, and Hydrafacials
• Strong understanding of skincare ingredients, trends, and techniques
• Confident in recommending products and closing sales
• Energetic, client-focused, and passionate about the beauty and wellness industry
• Comfortable with social media engagement (photos, videos, reels)
• Detail-oriented and motivated to build a loyal client base
