The Role
Entry- Level Esthetics Position
The Lash Queens Facebar LLC
Duration: 4 Weeks
Type: employment after 4 weeks of training (must have 1 year of Individual lash extension application)
Are you passionate about skincare and beauty? Do you want to gain hands-on experience in a professional, fast-paced environment? The Lash Queens Facebar LLC is excited to offer a 4-week Esthetician training designed to provide aspiring estheticians with the opportunity to learn and grow their skills while working alongside experienced professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
-One shift at the Front desk a week
-Complete weekly Reading Requirements
-Assist in providing lash services under supervision
- Shadow licensed estheticians to learn best practices
- Help maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring high sanitation standards
- Participate in client consultations and learn how to tailor treatments to individual needs
- Assist in administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing client information
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and products in the esthetics industry
- Attend weekly educational sessions and workshops focused on product knowledge, client care, and service techniques
