Decadent, brand new build, salon suites with excellent parking! Beauty Masters at 83rd and Metcalf in bustling downtown Overland Park, Kansas has built 4 new suites on our lower level.

3 suites have natural lighting, all new suites have a waiting area with double doors!

This is unlike any suite in Kansas City, more space and a diverse amount of service providers including a Med Spa, Nail Salon, Makeup Studio, Barbers and Hair Stylists.

This spacious building has been completely remodeled and built for you to have as much space as possible. Waiting areas provide your clients comfort and safety while awaiting their services.

The 3 large suites are spacious at 155 to 175 square feet each. This gives plenty of space for salon and guest waiting furniture. The small suite is 75 square feet. Each comes with a sink or shampoo bowl. With such space, each renter can create their own personal and unique studio environment. Also, multiple services can be offered in each business because of size. For instance, one stylist has space to do hair and nails.
