Duties
• Provide exceptional hair, nail, or esthetic services such as hair styling, coloring, extensions, nail care, eyelash extensions, body waxing, dermabrasion, and laser treatments.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized workspace in accordance with health regulations and salon standards.
• Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable treatments or products.
• Manage appointments efficiently to maximize client satisfaction and retention.
• Upsell retail products related to hair and skincare to enhance client results and increase revenue.
• Stay current with industry trends and techniques through ongoing education and training.
• Communicate effectively with clients to ensure a positive experience and build lasting relationships.

Qualifications
• Valid cosmetology license or relevant certification for hair styling, nail care, esthetic treatments, or barbering.
• Knowledge of color theory, hair extensions, eyelash extensions, body waxing, and skin treatments such as dermabrasion or laser therapy.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
• Experience in sanitation practices to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
• Ability to perform retail sales confidently using retail math skills to upsell products effectively.
• Familiarity with hair threading and advanced styling techniques.
• Excellent communication skills to educate clients about services and product options.
