Licensed Hair Stylist — Chair Rental

Community Style House is a luxury, sister-owned salon in the heart of Scottsdale, and we are looking for the right stylist to join our community. We are not just filling a chair. We are looking for a professional who leads with excellence, cares deeply about their clients, and wants to grow inside a culture that actually supports them.

If you are an experienced stylist with an established book, a specialty you are known for, and the drive to keep elevating your craft, we would love to connect.

Rental rates
• Solo chair (dedicated): $400/week
• Shared chair (two stylists, rotating schedule): $500/week total

Rent is due weekly on Mondays via Zelle. Color supplies are not included — renters manage their own.

Who we are looking for
• An experienced, licensed Arizona cosmetologist with an active license
• A specialist — color, extensions, cuts, or a combination — who is known for their craft
• Someone with an existing, established clientele ready to bring to a new home
• A professional who takes pride in how they show up — for their clients, their team, and themselves
• A person of integrity who leads with honesty, humility, and a genuine love for the industry

Requirements
• Active Arizona cosmetology license (required)
• Established clientele / existing book (required)
• Professional demeanor and alignment with CSH culture and brand standards

About Community Style House

CSH opened in 2021 and has been growing ever since. Voted Best Salon in Scottsdale by Scottsdale Magazine, we are a luxury salon specializing in extensions, precision color, and expert cuts — built on the belief that a salon should feel like family. We use and retail R+Co and R+Co Blue exclusively.

Our culture is simple: we work as unto the Lord, we speak life, we don't gossip, and we celebrate each other. Excellence is the standard — and love is how we get there.
