Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Cosmetology Instructor at the Estes Institute of Cosmetology, located in Visalia, CA. The Cosmetology Instructor will be responsible for teaching cosmetology courses, designing and delivering lesson plans, providing practical demonstrations, monitoring student progress, and ensuring compliance with the institution's educational standards. Additional responsibilities include mentoring students, preparing them for licensure exams, and staying up-to-date on industry trends and practices.




Qualifications

Expertise in Cosmetology, including hair styling, cutting, coloring, nail care, and skincare techniquesStrong presentation and instructional skillsStrong communication, organization, and time-management skillsKnowledge of safety and sanitation practices relevant to cosmetologyRelevant state cosmetology instructor license or certificationFamiliarity with industry trends and a passion for teaching
