Perform a wide range of hair services including cutting, styling, coloring, and texturizing to meet each client’s unique needs.Apply advanced techniques such as hair extensions, eyelash extensions, and hair threading to elevate the client experience.Use salon software like MINDBODY for scheduling appointments, managing client records, and processing retail sales efficiently.Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by properly cleaning tools and workstations in accordance with health regulations.Provide expert consultations on hair care routines, product recommendations, and retail sales to enhance client loyalty.Assist with front desk duties such as greeting clients, managing appointments, and handling payments using retail math skills.Mentor junior team members by sharing techniques in color theory, makeup application, and barbering to foster a collaborative environment.Upsell salon services and retail products confidently while ensuring clients receive personalized recommendations that meet their needs.

Proven experience as a professional hairstylist or cosmetologist with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse styling techniques.Knowledge of salon software systems like MINDBODY for appointment booking and client management is preferred.Skilled in hair extensions application, eyelash extensions, hair threading, and nail care is highly desirable.Familiarity with color theory principles to create vibrant or subtle color transformations tailored to each client.Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service with strong communication skills that build trust and rapport.Experience in store management or supervising team members is a plus but not required.Certification in cosmetology or barbering from an accredited program is essential; additional training in sanitation standards is expected.
