Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Cosmetologist role located in Milwaukee, WI. The Cosmetologist will provide a variety of beauty services, which may include hair cutting and styling, coloring, treatments, and basic skin or nail services depending on licensure and experience. Daily responsibilities include consulting with clients to understand their needs, recommending appropriate services and products, and delivering high-quality results in line with salon standards. The role involves maintaining a clean and hygienic workstation, following safety and sanitation guidelines, and managing appointment times to ensure an efficient schedule. The Cosmetologist will also support retail product sales, participate in team meetings and trainings, and contribute to a welcoming, inclusive environment for all clients.

Qualifications
• Active state cosmetology license in Wisconsin and a strong foundation in core cosmetology techniques (e.g., hair cutting, styling, and basic chemical services).
• Experience providing client consultations, recommending services and products, and delivering personalized beauty solutions.
• Knowledge of salon hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards, with consistent attention to cleanliness and client safety.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse clientele and collaborate with team members.
• Reliability in managing a full-time schedule, punctuality, and the ability to work on-site, including evenings or weekends as needed.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions as required for cosmetology services.
• Openness to ongoing training, staying current with industry trends, techniques, and products.
• Prior experience in a salon or spa setting is preferred but not required customer service experience is a plus.
