Responsibilities


Provide exceptional guest service and personalized consultations



Perform hair cutting, coloring, styling, and texture services Recommend professional home care and retail products Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workstation Build and retain a loyal clientele through excellent service and follow-up Participate in salon education, team meetings, and growth initiatives Uphold salon standards, policies, and guest experience expectations


Qualifications


Current California Cosmetology License



Strong communication and customer service skills Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Passion for continuing education and professional growth Ability to work evenings and Saturdays as needed Experience with color services, highlighting, and styling preferred but not required
