The Role
Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and passionate Cosmetologist to join our vibrant salon team. The ideal candidate is a skilled professional with creativity, strong client relationships, and a dedication to delivering exceptional hair care. Whether your expertise is in braiding, cutting, coloring, or styling, we welcome diverse talents.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide professional hair services tailored to each client’s individual needs and preferences.
• Utilize salon booking software to manage appointments and client records.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and personalized consultations.
• Mentor junior stylists and support their professional development (optional, if applicable).
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace, tools, and equipment.
• Recommend and upsell salon services and retail products to enhance client experience.
• Ensure every client leaves satisfied by delivering outstanding service and follow-up.
Qualifications & Experience
• Professional portfolio demonstrating your hairstyling skills.
• Proven work history in a salon or beauty-related environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience mentoring or training junior staff is a plus.
• Passion for customer service and client satisfaction.
• Familiarity with upselling techniques and retail strategies.
• Having an established clientele or Cosmetology License is highly desirable.
