Position Summary

As a Cosmetologist at Kyvila Headspa & Nails, you will provide customized beauty and wellness services while delivering five-star customer care in a clean, elegant, and professional environment.

Responsibilities
• Perform luxury head spa and scalp wellness treatments
• Provide professional shampooing, scalp massage, and hair treatments
• Perform basic hairstyling, blow-drying, and finishing services
• Deliver exceptional client consultations and personalized recommendations
• Assist with facial and scalp treatment preparation
• Educate guests on home-care products and maintenance
• Maintain sanitation and disinfection standards according to New Mexico State Board regulations
• Ensure treatment rooms and workstations remain clean and beautifully presented
• Build lasting relationships with guests through excellent customer service
• Work collaboratively with the Kyvila team to create an exceptional luxury experience
• Meet retail and service goals while maintaining the highest level of professionalism

Qualifications
• Current New Mexico Cosmetology License
• Strong passion for beauty, wellness, and guest care
• Friendly, positive, and professional attitude
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
• Team player with a willingness to learn new luxury spa techniques

Preferred Experience

Experience in any of the following is a plus:
• Japanese or luxury Head Spa treatments
• Scalp analysis and scalp therapy
• Blowouts and styling
• Hair treatments
• Facials or spa services
• Retail product recommendations
• Luxury salon or spa environment
