We are seeking a dynamic and talented Cosmetologist Hair Stylist to join our vibrant beauty teamIn this role, you will deliver exceptional hair styling, coloring, and grooming services that leave clients feeling confident and beautiful. Responsibilities
• Perform a variety of hair services including cutting, styling, coloring, and hair extensions tailored to each client’s preferences and features
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all tools, workstations, and salon areas in compliance with health regulations
• Use salon management software such as MINDBODY to schedule appointments, update client records, and manage retail sales efficiently
• Provide expert consultations on hair care, color theory, and styling techniques to help clients achieve their desired look
• Offer additional beauty services such as makeup application, eyelash extensions, nail care, or hair threading to enhance client satisfaction
• Educate clients on proper hair maintenance routines and recommend suitable retail products for ongoing care
• Assist with front desk duties including greeting clients, managing bookings, and supporting store management tasks as needed

Qualifications
• Valid cosmetology license with experience working in the beauty industry; barbering or cosmetology certifications preferred
• Proficiency in hair coloring techniques, hair styling, and the use of salon software like MINDBODY or similar programs
• Knowledge of sanitation practices and maintaining a clean work environment at all times
• Skilled in hair extensions application, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and nail care is a plus
• Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients and understand their needs
• Experience with retail sales, upselling techniques, retail math calculations, and store management fundamentals
• Ability to mentor junior team members and contribute positively to a collaborative team environment

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
