Cosmetologist/Esthetician

We are hiring full-time/part-time therapists for our Plano and McKinney locations!

Compensation
• Training Pay: $8 per hour
• Regular Pay: $10 per hour + Tips (+ 3% Commission after 3 months)
• (Note: Both regular pay and commission rates will increase based on accumulated experience.)

Schedule
• Full-time: Must include Fri/Sat/Sun + 2 additional weekdays.
• Part-time: Must include Fri/Sat.

Responsibilities This is a great opportunity for individuals passionate about the beauty industry and eager to learn and grow in a dynamic salon environment.
• Provide excellent customer service to each client.
• Analyze the customer's scalp condition before and after the treatment.
• Demonstrate knowledge in product selection to facilitate upselling.
• Effectively communicate with clients to help them understand their needs.
• Efficiently perform the client's choice of head spa treatment.
• Maintain a clean work environment in collaboration with fellow staff members.
