Responsibilities
• Perform comprehensive esthetic services such as facials, dermabrasion, with precision and care.
• Administer body waxing treatments and eyelash extensions to enhance natural beauty and confidence
• Manage client communication effectively, ensuring clear consultation, aftercare instructions, and follow-up to foster loyalty.
• Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by adhering to all health regulations and using proper sterilization techniques for tools and treatment areas.
• Utilize salon software such as Millennium or MINDBODY for appointment scheduling, client records management, retail sales tracking, and front desk operations.
• Engage in social media management by promoting services, sharing client success stories, and increasing brand visibility online.
• Support retail sales through product recommendations and upselling techniques that benefit clients’ beauty routines.
• Assist with guest services at the front desk to create a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors.

Experience
• Proven experience working in the beauty industry with a strong background in cosmetology or esthetician services.
• Excellent customer service skills paired with strong communication abilities to connect effectively with diverse clients.
• Experience in retail sales strategies including product demos and upselling to enhance revenue opportunities.
• Ability to perform sanitation procedures diligently while maintaining a safe environment for clients and staff.
• Certification or background in nursing or medical aesthetics is a plus for injection administration or advanced treatments.
• Knowledge of social media management tools for marketing purposes is desirable but not required.
