Role Description



Drybar is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Cosmetologist for a full-time, on-site position at our Harker Heights, TX location. As a Cosmetologist at Drybar, your day-to-day tasks will include performing professional blowouts, engaging with clients to ensure superior customer satisfaction, and staying updated on industry trends. Additional responsibilities include maintaining salon safety and cleanliness standards and assisting in product recommendations tailored to client needs.




Qualifications



Possess a valid cosmetology license in the state of TexasProficiency in hairstyling techniques, including blowouts, sectioning, and finishingStrong customer service skills with a focus on creating a welcoming and positive client experienceEffective communication skills to establish client trust and respond to individual styling needsTeamwork-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate seamlessly with salon colleaguesHigh attention to detail and commitment to maintaining salon cleanliness and professional standardsFlexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays based on salon needsPrevious experience in a salon environment, while not required, is a plus
