We are a brand new Aveda Salon located in the heart of the Sloans Lake.


Job Description:


We are seeking skilled and motivated Cosmetologists to join our dynamic team.


As a cosmetologist at COCO Salon, you will provide a range of luxury beauty services, including haircuts, color treatments, styling, and extensions. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our clients' natural beauty while promoting Aveda's philosophy of environmental responsibility and holistic wellness.


Key Responsibilities:


- Provide exceptional hair services using Aveda products.


- Consult with clients to understand their needs and preferences, offering personalized recommendations.


- Stay current with the latest trends in cosmetology and Aveda product knowledge.


- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salon and work areas.


- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits and referrals.


- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.


- Promote retail products and services to clients, achieving sales goals.


Qualifications:


- Valid cosmetology license in Colorado.


- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.


- Passion for beauty, wellness, and sustainability.


- Positive attitude, team player, and a commitment to outstanding customer service.
