The Hills Barbershop is opening in Castle Hills at NW Loop 410 & Blanco Rd. We are not just a traditional walk-in shop. The Hills is a new, upscale, high-end men's grooming lounge built for clients who value precision, privacy, and experience.

Our first location The Room Men’s Grooming in Fair Oaks Ranch built a loyal clientele - this second location is designed to be San Antonio's premier destination for luxury men's grooming.

Overview

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barber/Stylist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have expertise in hair cutting and hair styling techniques and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Our business offers a friendly, laid back, premium environment with hourly/commission-based pay.

Responsibilities

- Perform a variety of hair care services including barbering, able to provide fades, tapers shaves and scissor work.

- Provide an exceptional guest experience

- Utilize salon software for appointment scheduling and client management

- Demonstrate excellent customer service by actively listening to clients' needs and preferences

- Engage in retail sales of hair care products and upsell services to clients

Qualifications

- Proven experience as a Barber/Stylist in a salon/ barber shop environment

- Familiarity with salon software for appointment booking and client management

- Strong skills in barbering including beard trims and shaves

- Exceptional customer service abilities to ensure client satisfaction

- A current, valid Barbering or Cosmetology license is required

- Experience in retail sales of hair care products is a plus

- Ability to upsell services effectively to enhance the client experience

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $35.00 per hour
