Cosmetologist - Barber Stylist

If your idea of fun involves blending, fading, and creating great vibes, Floyd's 99 Barbershop in Birmingham, MI is the place for you! We're looking for a full-time Cosmetologist – Barber Stylist who's ready to bring the noise, the charm, and the kind of cuts that make people stare (in a good way).


You'll earn an uncapped commission starting at 40% and climb to 55% or get a guaranteed minimum wage. You'll always take home whichever is higher! We reward performance weekly, so the more you bring in, the more you take home - simple, fair, and fully in your hands. Our Barbers and Stylists usually take home an average of $24 - $31.25/hour.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:



Active Michigan barber or cosmetology license
Passion for customer service and bringing joy to others
Strong work ethic and a motivation to do an excellent job
Reliability, punctuality, and an entrepreneurial mindset
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift, push, and pull 25 lbs.
Ability to work weekends and nights to meet client availability
