Duties
• Perform a wide range of esthetic services including facials, dermabrasion, body waxing, and eyelash extensions to meet client needs.
• Provide professional nail care services such as manicures, gel manicures, pedicures, acrylic nail application, nail arts and nail extensions using proper techniques.
• Apply color theory principles to help clients select the perfect shades for their skin tone and preferences.
• Educate clients on nail care routines, skincare tips, and product recommendations to promote healthy skin and nails.
• Maintain strict salon safety protocols by adhering to sanitation and disinfection procedures for tools, equipment, and workstations.
• Engage with clients through effective communication skills to understand their desires and offer personalized recommendations.
• Upsell retail products related to skincare and nail care to enhance client satisfaction and support business growth.
• Stay current with industry trends such as hair extensions, hair styling, barbering techniques, and esthetic laser treatments to provide innovative services.

Experience
• Proven experience working in the beauty industry as an esthetician or nail technician with a strong portfolio of services performed.
• Knowledge of color theory, nail extensions (including acrylics), gel manicures, and advanced skincare treatments like dermabrasion or laser therapy.
• Familiarity with salon safety protocols, sanitation standards, disinfection procedures, and client communication best practices.
• Ability to perform specialized treatments such as eyelash extensions, body waxing, hair threading, hair styling, and hair extensions is highly desirable.
• Strong retail sales skills with experience in retail math and upselling techniques to maximize revenue opportunities.
• Excellent communication skills combined with a friendly attitude that makes clients feel comfortable and valued.

Pay: $25.37 - $30.56 per hour
