Duties
• Perform a variety of beauty treatments such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylic nail application, and nail extensions with precision and care
• Deliver skincare services including dermabrasion, body waxing, esthetic laser treatments, and eyelash extensions to enhance client appearance
• Apply hair styling techniques, hair extensions, barbering services, and hair threading to meet individual client needs
• Follow salon safety protocols and sanitation procedures to ensure a clean and safe environment for clients and staff
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and provide personalized recommendations for nail care and beauty treatments
• Upsell retail products related to nail care, skincare, and hair styling to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue
• Maintain detailed records of services provided and adhere to disinfection procedures for all tools and equipment

Skills
• Strong knowledge of color theory and nail art techniques to create customized designs
• Proficiency in nail extensions, acrylic application, gel manicures, and other advanced nail services
• Experience working in the beauty industry with excellent customer service skills
• Familiarity with salon safety protocols, sanitation standards, disinfection procedures, and client communication best practices
• Ability to perform diverse treatments such as body waxing, dermabrasion, eyelash extensions, hair styling, hair extensions, and laser skin treatments
• Retail sales skills combined with retail math proficiency to recommend products confidently while upselling effectively
• Excellent communication skills to build rapport with clients and ensure a positive salon experience

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
