Your Role

As our Coordinating Esthetician, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients and a key part of their experience with us.

You’ll help manage the flow of the spa, support our estheticians, and ensure every client interaction reflects the warmth and professionalism Facial Lounge is known for.

Responsibilities:

Greet clients with warmth and professionalismManage appointment scheduling and confirmationsAssist clients with checkouts, membership sign-ups, and retail product recommendationsHandle phone, text, and email communications promptly and courteouslySupport the team with operational needs, inventory checks, and special eventsMaintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lounge environmentUphold and embody Facial Lounge’s Core Values in daily interactionsFollowing a 90-day onboarding period, you’ll be eligible to advance into our esthetician cross-training program—empowering you to deliver exceptional, hands-on care to our valued clientsWho You Are
