Studio 3.1.6 Salon is growing, and we are looking for a talented, service-driven licensed cosmetologist to join our growing team as a Guest Experience Stylist.

This position is ideal for a stylist who loves doing hair, creating genuine connections with guests, and wants the opportunity to build a strong clientele with the support of an established salon.

What You’ll Do
• Provide exceptional hair services and a warm, personalized guest experience
• Accept new and salon-generated guests
• Perform services such as shampooing, blowouts, styling, haircuts, color and hair treatments based on experience
• Conduct thoughtful consultations and recommend services and professional home care
• Maintain a clean, professional station and salon environment
• Use the Studio 3.1.6 booking and checkout system for appointments and transactions
• Support guest retention through excellent service, rebooking and relationship building
• Work collaboratively with our growing salon team

Who We’re Looking For
• Current Texas Cosmetology License
• Professional, dependable and service-minded
• Strong consultation and communication skills
• Confident in foundational salon services
• Willing to accept and grow salon-generated clientele
• Open to continued education, coaching and professional growth
• Available for a flexible part-time schedule, including some evenings and/or Saturdays
• A stylist who values teamwork and wants to grow with the salon

Compensation

This is a commission-based position. Weekly earnings vary based on services performed, bookings and productivity. The position includes opportunities to receive salon-generated guests and grow a returning clientele.

You do not need to come with a fully booked clientele. We are looking for someone with talent, professionalism, a heart for service and the desire to build.

Pay: $500.00 - $1,200.00 per week
