Certified Lash Technician

Tone & Texture Aesthetics and Wellness is a physician-led luxury medspa on Chicago's South Side specializing in advanced aesthetics, skincare, and holistic wellness.

We are seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Certified Lash Technician/Lash Artist to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who:
• Is passionate about creating beautiful, healthy lash and brow results while prioritizing the integrity of the natural lashes and brows
• Is motivated to build and maintain a consistent, fully booked schedule
• Delivers an exceptional client experience from consultation through follow-up
• Educates clients on proper aftercare, maintenance, and home care
• Understands the importance of pre-booking appointments, client retention, retail recommendations, and package sales
• Is proactive with marketing through social media, before-and-after photography, and client engagement
• Thrives in an independent, high-performance environment while contributing to a collaborative team culture
• Is confident managing the complete client experience, including opening and closing responsibilities, client check-in and checkout, scheduling, and maintaining a polished treatment space

Services Include
• Classic, Hybrid, and Volume eyelash extensions
• Lash fills and maintenance appointments
• Lash lifts
• Lash tinting
• Lash removal
• Brow shaping and waxing
• Brow tinting
• Brow lamination
• Lash and brow consultations
• Additional esthetic services (if licensed and trained)

Key Responsibilities
• Perform high-quality lash and brow services while maintaining the highest standards of safety, precision, and artistry
• Conduct thorough consultations and recommend customized lash and brow services based on each client's goals and natural features
• Educate clients on proper aftercare and maintenance to maximize retention and results
• Drive client retention through exceptional customer service, rebooking, package sales, and retail recommendations
• Maintain strict sanitation, infection control, and treatment room standards
• Utilize the practice management system for scheduling, charting, and client communication
• Assist with social media content, including before-and-after photos, educational content, and promotional material
• Support daily spa operations, including client check-in, checkout, scheduling, opening and closing procedures, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment

Requirements
• Active Illinois Esthetician or Cosmetology License (as required by Illinois law)
• Current certification in eyelash extensions
• Experience performing brow shaping/waxing, brow tinting, and brow lamination
• Minimum 2+ years of professional lash artistry experience preferred
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality lash and brow work
• Excellent consultation, communication, and customer service skills
• Professional, reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
• Strong understanding of lash and brow health, sanitation, and safety protocols
• Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment focused on client satisfaction and retention
• Passion for aesthetics, beauty, and continuous professional growth

Pay: $25.00 - $65.00 per hour
