Duties
• Provide professional massage therapy services including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, trigger point, prenatal, and pain management massages tailored to individual client needs.
• Conduct thorough client assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans based on physiology, anatomy knowledge, and occupational health considerations.
• Deliver expert hair styling, cutting, coloring, and styling services that meet clients’ preferences and current trends.
• Perform skincare treatments as an esthetician, including facials, skin analysis, and recommending personalized skincare routines.
• Apply eyelash extensions with precision to enhance clients’ natural beauty while ensuring comfort and safety throughout the procedure.
• Maintain clear communication with clients regarding their treatment goals and educate them on post-treatment care for optimal results.
• Ensure a clean, organized workspace that complies with health regulations and promotes a relaxing experience for clients.
• Stay current with industry trends and techniques through ongoing education in massage therapy, beauty treatments, and med spa innovations.

Experience
• Proven experience in massage therapy with a strong understanding of physiology, anatomy, and pain management techniques.
• Demonstrated customer service excellence with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients.
• Prior work in a med spa or wellness center is highly preferred; familiarity with occupational health practices is a plus.
• Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to massage therapy and skincare treatments enhances service quality.
• Experience performing eyelash extensions with attention to detail ensures safe application and natural-looking results.
• Ability to assess client needs accurately through patient assessment skills and provide tailored treatment recommendations.
