Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and skilled esthetician to join our team. In this role, you will provide a wide range of skincare and esthetic treatments designed to enhance our clients natural beauty and boost their confidence. Your expertise will help clients achieve their skincare and beauty goals through personalized treatments. Responsibilities
• Perform various skincare treatments such as facials, chemical peels, and dermaplane with care and professionalism.
• Conduct waxing services ensuring client comfort and sanitation procedures are strictly followed.
• Perform tinting services on lashes and brows to meet client preferences.
• Offer spray tan applications and ensure the client is comfortable and receives desired color.
• Maintain thorough client consultations to assess skin conditions, recommend suitable treatments, and educate clients on skincare routines.
• Follow all sanitation procedures diligently to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
• Utilize salon software such as MangoMint for appointment scheduling, client records management, and sales transactions.
• Promote retail sales of skincare products by educating clients on their benefits and recommending suitable options.
• Stay updated on the latest esthetic techniques, industry trends, and product knowledge to provide top-tier service.

Skills
• Proven experience working in the beauty industry with a strong background in skincare and esthetic treatments.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build lasting client relationships.
• Skilled in performing a variety of esthetic services including facials, waxing, tinting services, chemical peels, and dermaplane.
• Strong understanding of sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and safe environment at all times.
• Excellent client communication skills to explain procedures clearly and address client concerns professionally.
• Certification or licensing in cosmetology or esthetics is required.

Pay: From $30.00 per hour
