Associate / New Stylist

Our Associate Stylist Program is designed for new or emerging stylists who are ready to grow quickly and confidently behind the chair. In this hands-on role, you’ll work side-by-side with experienced trainers, learning how to deliver exceptional guest experiences while building the technical skills and business habits that lead to long-term success.

This is more than a first job—it’s a career launch. You’ll gain real experience, clear goals, and consistent coaching to help you transition to a full-time stylist with a strong, sustainable clientele.

What You’ll Do
• Work directly with a Trainer to support guest services and learn advanced techniques
• Deliver a welcoming, professional, and personalized experience for every guest
• Build confidence in consultations, retail recommendations, and rebooking
• Participate in hands-on education, coaching, and team development
• Support salon operations, including front desk and team-based responsibilities
• Track toward clear performance goals that prepare you to step behind the chair

What We’re Looking For
• Cosmetology license (or in progress)
