Responsibilities:

- Developing and implementing lesson plans to effectively deliver educational content.

- Providing hands-on training and demonstrations to students.

- Monitoring student progress and providing feedback on their performance.

- Assessing student knowledge through quizzes, exams, and practical assessments.

- Maintaining a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students.

- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in cosmetology.

Experience:

- A valid cosmetology license is required.

- Prior experience as a cosmetologist or educator in the beauty industry for a minimum of 3 years is required.

- Strong knowledge and expertise in various cosmetology techniques and procedures.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students.

- Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles.

- Organizational skills to develop lesson plans and manage classroom activities.
