Overview

We are seeking motivated booth rental professionals specializing in hair, nails, facials, and massage therapy to join our vibrant team. This is an exciting opportunity for licensed beauty and wellness practitioners to operate independently within a well-equipped, upscale spa setting. You will have the flexibility to build your client base while providing outstanding patient service in a serene environment.


Duties



Manage your own booth, providing expert hair styling, nail services, facials, or massage therapy to clients
Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand individual needs and tailor treatments accordingly
Deliver high-quality services such as deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and pain management techniques
Maintain a clean, organized workspace adhering to health and safety standards
Educate clients on skincare routines, massage benefits, or hair care tips to enhance their experience
Document treatments accurately using appropriate medical or service terminology when necessary
Foster excellent customer service by creating a welcoming atmosphere and addressing client concerns promptly

Experience



Proven experience in patient service within a spa or medical setting, with strong knowledge of physiology and anatomy
Skilled in deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and pain management techniques
Familiarity with medical terminology and understanding of occupational health standards is highly desirable
Prior med spa experience or background in skincare, massage therapy, or cosmetology preferred
Ability to assess client needs effectively through patient assessment skills and provide personalized treatments
Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor
