Role Description The Beauty Expert is a part-time, on-site role located in Highland Village, TX. This role is responsible for welcoming clients, providing personalized beauty consultations, and recommending products and services that meet individual needs and preferences. Day-to-day tasks include demonstrating skincare and makeup application techniques, maintaining product knowledge across luxury beauty lines, and assisting clients with purchases and returns. The Beauty Expert also helps keep the sales floor and tester units clean and organized, supports merchandising and replenishment, and participates in store events and promotions. Collaboration with team members to meet sales goals and deliver a consistent, elevated client experience is a key component of this role.

Qualifications
• Client service and communication skills: ability to deliver personalized service, actively listen to client needs, and communicate product benefits clearly and professionally.
• Beauty product and application skills: knowledge of skincare, makeup, and fragrance categories, with the ability to demonstrate application techniques and offer tailored recommendations.
• Sales and retail skills: experience with point-of-sale systems, meeting sales or performance goals, and supporting merchandising, stocking, and visual standards.
• Teamwork and reliability: ability to collaborate with colleagues, follow store procedures, and maintain consistent attendance and punctuality in a part-time schedule.
• Adaptability and learning mindset: willingness to learn new brands and product lines, stay current on beauty trends, and participate in ongoing training.
• Previous retail or beauty industry experience, especially in a luxury or specialty environment, is preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, move between sales floor and stockroom, and lift or carry products and supplies as needed.
