Duties
• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with their needs throughout their visit
• Support event management activities by coordinating guest flow and ensuring timely execution of scheduled programs
• Handle guest inquiries, resolve conflicts efficiently, and maintain a positive atmosphere at all times
• Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately during ticket sales, concessions, or merchandise transactions
• Ensure safety protocols are followed by monitoring the premises as a lifeguard or safety supervisor when applicable
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally
• Assist with food service operations, including setting up dining areas and serving guests in a hospitality setting
• Engage with children and families to create an inclusive environment suitable for all ages
• Support public speaking efforts during events or presentations to enhance guest engagement
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the floor area to uphold high standards of hygiene and safety

Experience
• Prior experience in events management or hospitality environments is highly desirable
• Proven conflict management skills with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and effectively
• Strong customer service background with a focus on guest satisfaction and experience enhancement
• Experience working with children in recreational or educational settings is a plus
• Lifeguard certification or experience is preferred to ensure safety standards are met during aquatic activities
• Familiarity with food service operations and cash handling procedures
• Comfortable engaging in public speaking or leading group activities in front of diverse audiences
• Previous roles in theater, resort, or entertainment venues will be considered an advantage
