Responsibilities
• Greet customers warmly and assist them with product selections tailored to their individual needs and preferences
• Conduct engaging product demonstrations and makeup applications to showcase features and benefits
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of beauty products, trends, and industry innovations to provide expert advice
• Manage sales transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems and handle cash, credit card processing, and receipts efficiently
• Upsell complementary products by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable solutions
• Organize merchandise displays, stock shelves, and ensure the retail space is visually appealing and well-organized
• Utilize social media management skills to promote new products, events, or promotions to attract more customers
• Assist with inventory management by stocking shelves, conducting stock counts, and managing product replenishment
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly via phone etiquette or in person
• Analyze sales data to identify trends, optimize merchandising strategies, and improve overall sales performance
• Support front desk operations by managing client appointments, scheduling consultations, and maintaining a welcoming environment

Qualifications
• Proven experience in beauty & cosmetics sales or retail environments; cosmetology background is a plus
• Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are highly desirable for serving diverse clientele
• Familiarity with Millennium or similar salon software for client management and sales tracking
• Proficiency in social media management to engage with customers online effectively
• Ability to perform makeup applications confidently and demonstrate product demos clearly
• Knowledge of POS systems, cashiering procedures, and basic math for retail transactions
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced setting
• Multilingual skills are preferred to enhance customer interactions across diverse populations
• Strong customer service orientation with active listening skills and professional phone etiquette
• Ability to analyze sales data for insights into customer preferences and sales trends
